How to make a rap video from your photos

Build a short photo-based performance with original AI rap, a beat and video in one MP4. This walkthrough explains the choices that affect the result before you spend credits.

1. Decide who performs and what the clip celebrates

For one performer, open AI Rapper. For two, use the orange-studio duet or Rap Battle. Pick one event, joke or achievement; a ten-second clip has little room for a long story. A battle changes turn-taking and attitude, while a studio duet focuses on sharing the microphone.

2. Match the upload mode to your photos

Single-photo mode uses one person. Two separate photos give each performer an independent reference; a shared photo should already show both people clearly. You do not need to merge two photos yourself. Keep faces unobstructed and show feet in the references if visible footwork matters.

3. Write a short, personal brief

Include the names you want heard, one concrete detail and the mood. For a duet, say who opens, who answers and how they finish together. Avoid full verses and several scene changes. Requested names and wording can still be mispronounced or changed by the model; listen before sharing.

4. Choose language, frame and a modest first test

Select the vocal language separately from the website language. Use 9:16 for vertical feeds, 1:1 for square posts or 16:9 for landscape. Available lengths are 5, 8, 10, 12 and 15 seconds. Mini at 720p is a reasonable first test; more expensive models do not guarantee a better performance.

5. Review credits, then submit once

Confirm the photos, model, duration, format and displayed credit estimate. Generation often takes about 3–5 minutes, but queues can make it longer. Keep the current task instead of submitting duplicates. An estimate is not a deadline, and progress activity alone does not mean the video is ready.

6. Check the entire result, with sound

Play from beginning to end. Compare both faces and outfits to the references; inspect hand shapes, feet, background color and the handoff between voices. Listen for the requested names and an abrupt ending. A playable MP4 can still have visual defects, so review it before downloading or publishing.

7. Fix one cause before trying again

If a face changes, use a clearer reference and simplify movement. If the verse feels rushed, reduce the brief or choose a longer available clip. If framing is wrong, check the source crop and output ratio. Failed-task credits follow the refund policy; disliking a completed result does not automatically refund another attempt.

A brief you can adapt

Leo and Maya celebrate finishing their first 5K. Leo opens with one upbeat line about early training; Maya answers about crossing the finish line. End with one short shared cheer. Friendly, playful hip-hop; each keeps moving while the other leads.
